Having said that, if you’d like to be in absolute control, you can back up your frameworks at any moment. We’ve developed a clever system that allows you to make a backup with a click.

There’s no limit for the number of backup files you can make or how often you can create them. All of the backups are going to be placed in a directory inside your account. When you have free space, you can make as many fresh backups as you want.
